Due to the business expansion of Cainiao Smart Logistics company- a subsidiary of Alibaba group, the owner of this project decided to build the Swan Smart Warehouse Logistics in Long An province to meet the demands of their customers. The entire facility was built in approx. area of 37800 sqm with a steel consumption of more than 1500 MT.
Kirby Vietnam supported customers to be successful in their business by cooperating with Newteccons- one of the leading main contractors to manufacture, supply and erection for this flag ship project.
The complex included 6 storehouses of size 72m width and spacing is up to 12m in compliance with the owner’s strict requirement in quality, safety and stipulated timeline.
Through this project, Kirby SEA once again showed its abilities in executing complex projects with meticulous planning and coordination.
